The deal.
You use Dealboard to track your sales deals. We provide the service. You pay $29 per user per month if you are past the Free tier. Cancel anytime - your team flips back to Free at the end of the billing period.
Acceptable use.
Do not use Dealboard to do illegal things, send spam, harass anyone, or violate anyone's privacy. We reserve the right to suspend any account that does.
Your data.
You own your deal data. We do not access it except as needed to provide the service or comply with a legal request. You can export it anytime via Settings → Account → Export.
Service availability.
We try hard to keep Dealboard up but make no SLA guarantees on the Free or Plus tiers. Enterprise contracts (with SLA + audit log) are a future feature.
Limitation of liability.
Dealboard is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes.
If we materially change these terms, we will email you 14 days before they take effect.
